This present invention relates to a series of walls making up an enclosure to house a garbage dumpster or series of dumpsters. The walls that make up the outside enclosure have spring activated anchor assemblies at their base to allow them to have independent movement to reduce or eliminate damage upon impact. This impact usually occurs by the garbage trucks that empty these conventional garbage dumpsters on a regular basis and/or other vehicle traffic.
